We continuously and proactively manage and improve our processes by adhering to our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

ITL’s Quality Management System is enterprise-wide and includes and covers all functions of the organization. This system is based on process development and control. All procedures and functions are identified and assigned to appropriate operational managers for implementation and execution. Execution of these processes in day-to-day operations and activities is mandatory and followed diligently by our highly trained and skilled employees.

ITL‘s philosophy is to provide world-class quality service. Regardless of the size of the effort, customer focus is paramount and customer satisfaction is vital. Through a quality management system, ITL strictly adheres to the company goals, which include but are not limited to the following:

Focusing on Total Customer Satisfaction

Encouraging and expecting the proactive involvement of all ITL Employees

Thoroughly understanding our Customers’ requirements

Providing requested compliant services professionally and promptly

Providing efficient, trouble-free, and seamless supply chain management solutions

Continually improving our Product, Service, and Process effectiveness that embodies our Quality Management System, including capitalizing on improvement opportunities through Customer Feedback

Furthermore, as suppliers play an important part in our quality process, strict surveillance is applied to ensure suppliers and their services correspond to our guidelines. Before utilization, suppliers are evaluated based on their operational capacity and preference is given to those having already demonstrated high-quality standards. Suppliers are given precise instructions and service completion process is controlled. All non-conformities are recorded and presented to suppliers for corrective action. Supplier performance is regularly reviewed, and appropriate actions are taken where nonconformance is identified.

Our Quality Policy is understood, implemented, and maintained at all organization levels, as well as reviewed periodically for its continuing suitability and effectiveness.

We are proud to be a part of a family of companies committed to customer satisfaction.

SAFETY

SAFETY

International Towers, LLC (ITL) is a member of the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE), with the ITI corporation principles being founding members (1995). The association was originally formed to, in part, codify tower construction standards and set minimum requirements for worker safety in order to reduce the frequency and severity of work related injuries and deaths in the tower industry. As a direct result of activities and policies originally proposed by NATE certification companies such as ComTrain are able to train and certify both workers and trainers to a nationally recognized standard.

ITL incorporates safety training for all employees. This training includes but is not limited to:

1. ComTrain Climbing and Rescue
2. RSI RF safety awareness
3. OSHA 10 and OSHA 30
4. First Aid and CPR
5. Blood borne Pathogens
6. Rigging
7. Gin Pole Training
8. Heavy Equipment Training

Our in house ComTrain trainer attends annual refresher courses and constant trainer class updates. In 2006 TIA/ANSI released the new tower standards, including classification of climbers. NATE published their new “Tower Safety Training Standards” in 2006 and in 2005 North Carolina OSH published their new regulations for wireless communication including training standards. In 2007 several General Contractors and owners increased their subcontractor and climber requirements to meet all these new and untried standards. The basic two-day ComTrain in house training program has been the national standard since 1996 and continues to be recognized as the basic credentials required of a tower climber. The Advanced class will meet all published standards, following such rules as, 100% fall protection utilizing either fall restraint or fall arrest. The maintenance, inspection, and function of the equipment is also provided in this training.

ITL’s Safety Program is compliant with the requirements current in the PICS system, as well the requirements of large general contractors such as Motorola, Crown Castle, ATT, Black and Veatch, General Dynamics, American Towers and Mastec to name a few.
